Shipping Info

    • We will contact you to set up shipping.  We will ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday each week. If you choose to pick up or meet in person, you will have that option at check-out  
    • We ship with UPS. We encourage you to pick up your shipment from your local UPS, which can greatly reduce the stress the animal goes through during the shipping process. Please indicate in your order if you wish to pick up from your local UPS and if so, you must provide the address of your UPS customer center. 
    Local pick up is available to local customers. Local customers can select "Local Pick Up" during check-out under shipping options.

  • Packages must be accepted and opened within 2 hrs of delivery. 
  •  All corals are guaranteed to arrive alive. If they don't, just send us an email within 2 hours of delivery. In the email, please include a clear picture of the deceased coral. We will issue a store credit or a replacement in your next order at our discretion. You only have to pay for shipping. 
  • We do not offer refunds or accept returns on livestock. We do not refund or credit shipping costs.
